To make a long story short, I had to find a better Dr. that was able to undo all that the first did and gave me medication that was not generic. I cannot take the chance of taking generic medication, the next time I may not be so lucky.

have a good one :)Looking to the Starshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13211255507065858940noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2711833612706614343.post-60526840565167389042010-03-25T18:14:52.005-05:002010-03-25T18:14:52.005-05:00Great about your SS check!!!!! I know about tight...Great about your SS check!!!!! I know about tight budgets too well!

I love your gardening project, too!!!

I agree with the doctor whose blog you listed and go nuts at the people who say they can't take generics. They're probably the same people who advertise designers on their clothes. About the only thing I advertise on wearing apparel are The Ohio State Buckeyes although my favorite T-shirt reads: "People like you are the reason that people like me need medication" I think it would be perfect to wear to a Tea Party rally. LOL

I love that blog and added it to my list. I 'love' people who self diagnose. I might guess what's wrong but I let Dr. Maria do her job and always ask for generics and I always ask questions about tests. I don't ask about the blood work and scans because I know they have to keep checking my thyroid.
Nor do I skip bone scans because a touch of osteoporosis has appeared. Anything else gets a question -- usually it's "Why?" And if a medication doesn't help, it's discussed. I hate medication.
People need to be responsible about their healthcare, too. That law doesn't open a free candy store.Kay Dennisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02646717192332313215noreply@blogger.com
